International workforce for enterprises
International workforce for enterprises - from sourcing to the first shift
Workin organises sourcing, candidate vetting, the document route, arrival and agreed support after the start of work. The employer sees every stage, timeline and payment.
A preliminary request does not commit you to a contract.

What the employer gets
The employer gets people ready to start their shift
- 01
Vetted candidates
A profile built for your site: trade, experience, languages. Checks happen before the offer, not after arrival.
- 02
An organised document route
Work permit, visa, residence permit and registration are handled by the migration partner, a separate legal entity. Every state fee is shown separately.
- 03
A prepared first day
Border meeting, transfer, accommodation and the first shift follow an agreed plan, not chance.
Find a solution
Choose your hiring route with four parameters
A preliminary recommendation, not an automatic promise. A manager gives the exact estimate after your request.
Industries
We work where the shortage bites hardest
Single hires and large intakes for manufacturing, logistics and construction - and adjacent sectors.

Agriculture
Seasonal and permanent field and processing work
HoReCa
Kitchen, housekeeping, hotel services
Cleaning
Commercial premises and industrial facilities
Technical trades
Welders, fitters, electricians - on request
Process
One project. Seventeen controlled steps
Three phases; each step has an owner, a result and an indicative timeline. Switch the route and the total recalculates.

What the employer does
Four steps out of seventeen: the request, the contract and two payments. Workin and the migration partner handle the rest. The employer's own legal duties after the worker starts - housing, meals, occupational safety - stay with the company, and we set them out in the matrix below.
Documents and the legal route
Every worker goes through a dedicated document route
The paperwork depends on citizenship, entry regime, occupation and the period of work. Workin coordinates the process with the migration partner, while decisions on the permit, visa and residence permit are made by the authorised state bodies.
- 01
Work permit
The permit is obtained by the employer at the relevant regional employment centre. The timeline and state fee depend on the requested period of work.
- 02
Long-term visa
For citizens of visa countries, a long-term visa package is prepared after the permit is issued. Whether a visa is needed and where to apply is checked for the specific citizenship.
- 03
Temporary residence permit
After entry, the worker applies for a temporary residence permit based on employment. The decision is made by the State Migration Service.
- 04
Address and migration registration
Once the documents are issued, the residence address, registration steps and further control of document deadlines are agreed.
- 05
Renewal and extension
Document deadlines are monitored in advance. Residence permit exchange and permit extension are separate procedures subject to legal grounds.

Money
Three recipients. Three invoices. Nothing hidden
The market quotes a single figure. We split it into three payments, because these are three different recipients - and we earn nothing on state fees.
Workin
Recruitment: sourcing, candidate vetting, coordination up to the first shift
50% after the contract · 50% after the start
Migration Support Office
Migration documents: translation, permit, visa, residence permit, registration. A separate legal entity with its own account
One payment before paperwork begins
The state
State fees for processing documents. Amounts are set by law
On filing each document
The estimate depends on the country, the trade, the salary and whether an address, housing and meals are needed.
Line-by-line amounts will be published once the current price list is confirmed and state fees are re-checked against official sources - with the date of validity next to them.

Division of responsibility
Who organises and who pays
There are many duties, but the employer does not have to carry them out. Pick an area to see the split.
| Duty | Organised by | Paid by | From the employer |
|---|---|---|---|
| Work permit | Migration partner | Employer | Company details, state register extract, authorised person |
| Visa and residence permit | Migration partner | Employer | Employment contract |
| Migration registration | Migration partner | Employer | Worker's address |
After arrival
Daily life decides whether the person stays
A worker without the language and without knowing the city cannot sort out renting, local transport and shops alone. That is why daily life is part of the process, not a nice-to-have.
Housing
Search, rent and move-in are organised by Workin and paid by the employer.
Transport
Transport to the site and back, matched to the shift schedule.
Meals
Catering or compensation, taking habits and dietary limits into account.
What support is available depends on the project and the city. We confirm the specifics for your site at the estimate stage.
Guarantees
Commitments fixed by contract
Each guarantee is published exactly as it is worded in the recruitment contract.
01
Worker replacement
Conditions and period - per the contract
Exact wording appears here once the standard contract is signed. Until then we publish no promises - the same principle as with prices.

A new packing line stood idle for two months: the local market produced no people even at a raised rate.
Three shifts, a contractual start date with the client, and zero prior experience with foreign staff.
Candidate profile built for the line, sourcing and vetting, permits and arrival in groups, accommodation near the site.
The line started on time. Three months later the company ordered another group.

Company names are withheld until clients give written consent. The industry, city, volume and timelines are real.
